Direct access to the beach and a shared beachfront pool (shared with the main house and Villa 2). Please note: the villa does not have solar, a generator, or backup water; outages are rare but possible.

Villa 1 at Casa Aguas Azules has a private entrance, and both the villa and balcony are fully private for your stay. Located on the ground floor, it offers easy access to the shared beachfront pool and patio, shared with Villa 2 and The Mansion. There are plenty of private lounge areas around the pool, and night swimming is especially enjoyable.

We are2.5 hours from SJU Airport, 35 minutes from both BQN & MAZ airports and 1.5 hours from PSE Airport in Ponce.
To avoid the drive from San Juan there is a Cape Air flight that goes direct multiple times a day from SJU to MAZ.
